Used URG to rebuild our back-house, two-story front porch in Tremont.
They started with a smaller project to rebuild the footing and first floor, but during demolition it was determined that the second floor and then the porch roof need to be replaced also. We are so glad they recommended this.
The entire project was painted in our original 5 color pallet and it looks great, and the tenants love it too. And they did this for a remote landlord, working through our property manager.
It helps that the themselves are local to Tremont and work to keep the neighborhood in good repair.

We had URG complete our fairly large renovation at our home, which included:
- Tearing down part our roof to construct a rooftop deck
- Replacing the roof shingles and gutters
- Renovating 1 full bathroom and building a new full bathroom in an unfinished area
- Adding a second bedroom in an unfinished space
- Completely gutting and rebuilding a loft area to include a wet bar
- Reworking of the HVAC and electric to include the newly added and remodeled spaces
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the results. Both Stefan and Joe were easy to work with and the entire crew of workers were courteous and cleaned up after completing their work. We especially appreciated their flexibility in making adjustments from our architect's plans. Instead of blindly following the plans, they took the time to re-work some problem areas and come up with a solution that we both agreed on. Even though it took longer than expected to complete the renovations, we are happy with the finished project.

Joseph and his crew did a excellent job!!! they were fair, honest, trustworthy and just good people! ...the congregation loves the men's and women's restroom, multipurpose room and the HVAC system works beautifully!! good job fellas!!! looking forward to the next project!!

A few times during the project wind and rain caused tarps to shift or water to start coming inside. URG came out in the evenings and on weekends to fix any problems that came up promptly.
The owners of the company are very accessible. They answered our call every time, or called us back right away.
When we got to points in our project where could be improvements above and beyond what we originally though - URG made sure to tell us about them and give us time to make decisions.
